It is difficult to be living out of state and have someone reliable
and trustworthy handling a job of this magnitude. If anyone is ever in a situation of having to have repair work or waterproofing done in their home, don't even waste your time with anyone else! Prices are fair, and the work is outstanding! I would not recommend anyone else, FRS is the best...period!
Customer service was very good.
The only thing that I am concerned with is that the crew used the backhoe to pound the dirt back into the hole instead of using a jackhammer to pound down the dirt. I am concerned with settling.

When David looked at our job, he said the crack might or might not leak after the wall was pulled back in place. It still has to be torqued in gradually so it's not completely set yet but it did leak when we had a hard rain from the northwest. That is something I new might happen so I'll deal with it.
I am concerned about the foot of gravel that should be under the smart jacks. I was asured that it was there but I do not see any dirt that has been dug out. Therefore I hesitate to answer the four above questions in the positive..
Bill and Jared did a really great job on the mud jacking of our sidewalk. I really did enjoy talking with them and learning how this was done. We are totally satisfied with our experience with Foundation Recovery Systems.

All and All everything was the way I wanted it. Great Job. ON time and the price did not change when the job was completed.
Of course, I wish I hadn't had to have the mudjacking done, but that wasn't an option!! As far as the work performed, everyone was very professional and did excellent work. Very pleased.
I have had issues with settling at the locations were excavation was performed. I had to rake back the mulch and weed block after the 1st hard rain and backfill with approx. 2 cu. yds of dirt. I will need to do some more of the same after last weekends rain. This has resulted in cost for the fill and many hours of labor. The white cover panels leave a lot to be desired as far as attractiveness is concerned, better than the plain wall plates. My wife has painted them to match the brick.

we where very pleased with the work done by your company and have told our friends about you. Everyone was very nice. It rained about the whole week they were here to work so it was a real mess. After the dirt work was done they came back and seeded our yawn.

Every thing went well from the start.Rick , was my frist person I met, I felt very at ease talking to him. I did not sign that day, because we had two others coming to look at house. and never had , this problem before, I felt, I needed another person to look and tell me the same thing. Others looked, was told about the same as Rick had told me. Others , may have been cheaper, but I felt good about your company. We set a start date,Rick called and let me know what was going to happen. Your crews showed up on time , and never stopped working the entire time they were at my house. the work was completed the same day, everything went well. rick was out, the next day, to check on work. I had all ready gave my brother in law your number to have you look at his house, his work is to be done in March.
