I am not able to physically inspect the work so I was hoping to have photos thereof which I requested some days ago but have not yet received.
VERY PROFESSIONAL CREW AND SALES PERSON, THEY WORKED HARD AND COMPLETED A DIFFICULT JOB ON TIME, WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND FRS TO ANYONE.
I have talked to several of my neighbors and have done "show and tell" with them. I think it is important to let people know what they should be looking for in potential basement damage due to movement. And I want them to see what the job looks like when completed. I took photos throughout the process so when we get ready to sell the house we will have a complete history of the process so potential buyers can be comfortable that the work was done correctly.
I also intend to recommend FRS to my neighbors, as well as my fellow real estate agents with whom I work.
Your folks did a great job. Would have replied sooner but wanted to see it for myself. Thanks again
Homeownership is overwhelming at times and to have unexpected repairs about something major or unfamiliar is a nightmare! I received several estimates, FRS was the initial. I had made my mind up by the end of the meeting but I always believe in comparison shopping. I receive many other estimates as well as no show appts. from competitors en though I left work to meet them. One even charged me a $150 fee after the estimate. All of your references were consistent in information I sought.
The professionalism of eveyone was outstanding. Gary Hooks made the sale. He was very pleasant and took the time to explain everything. Had a couple other companies come out for an estimate. They did not introduce themself or measure anything. Gary did both from the start. The company material was useful. Thanks

only reason for the 4's is the confusion on the work to be done by the "installer" and the contracted price. evendently he thought the steps were underbidded.
I enjoyed all of your employees and Gary Hook explained the process well.

My overall experience with this company was great. I did have the one problem as I explained in the "installation crew" section, but I would still give this company a great rating. The installation crew were all great guys, and took time to make me and my family feel comfortable with strangers working in and around our home.
I appreciated the effort made to assure a quality job.
Very professional and very timely in responses and getting the job done.
Over-all I am quite satisfied. One tree that was transplanted blew down but I put it back up.
Clint and Jesse went over the top to get the job done right and finished in the time scheduled, meaning they worked past dark to complete the repair. They are your biggest asset!

The work was done in a timely manner and once they left you couldn't even tell they had been here. Can't say enough about the excellent clean up job. Will, Adam and Jacob were very friendly and excellent people to work with. They worked very hard and wasted no time. Would definately recommend this company to others.
